Hi, everyone. Need only positive attitudes, good thoughts & prayers toward this. We've already turned to family & close friends. They're either, barely doing ok, themselves or wouldn't be able to help to the extent we require. Actually, two said they didn't want to assist us. We don't need that type of pessimism.

My husband & I own our mobile home(will have been here seven years in Oct), but, pay space rent. Due to health issues, for both of us & my husband not being able to work for a year & still not able to work much, we became behind on the rent. Had always paid in full & on time until lately.

We also pay gas, electric, garbage & sewer through the park. If we could pay PG&E directly, we would get a 20% reduction because of income. We paid what we could(kept the owner apprised of our situation), reduced our expenses where we were able, plus, I've always liked sales/discounts/bargains. My income alone, wasn't enough. I'm an independent contractor, so, earnings vary. Unfortunately, we received an eviction notice on July 27.

Being allowed to stay here is still an option, if, we receive assistance. We've looked into moving our home, selling our home & finding a new place to live or just finding a new place. Even if someone had land we could park it on, it would be costly to transport it. Selling the house, as is(we can't afford to fix it up), we wouldn't be able to receive much & this is not the best time to be trying to sell. Maybe we could find a place that would overlook our low income, bad credit & five kitties. Other rentals cost much more than what we pay now.

We believe this is our right home, for now. There are so many positives. Will explain more, if you contact me. Our five kitties which depend on us. Two are sight impaired. No one else would be able to take them in. We don't want to have to relinquish them to the shelter. Three of them already came from there. If it was just us, we could live in a residential motel for awhile.

Initially, we were seeking one person to help us. Though, in reality, several people, lightening the load, would be better. Pay back one at a time. We'd be able to pay back $50 a month, to start.
