Contribute to Lidia-Mihaela's "Study in Lisbon" Dream

Here is my dream: I wish to start a new study program on Political Sciences in Lisbon, Portugal. I did find some master programs which will fit my views, but the whole study period will require at least 4000 USD per year. I am currently searching for student loans, scholarships or awards, but I will be needing funds for my living in Portugal, even if I will manage to gather enough money to pay for my school tuition.
