We would love to have our own canoeing gear so that we can explore the outdoors by water. North Carolina is an ideal place to do this - it is abundant with options for all sorts of paddling/tripping.

Items include: a Swift Temagami Kevlar modern touring canoe (a light versatile boat which is great for flat- and mild white-water trips and also has lots of room for kids, dogs, and gear); paddles; PFDs; and a few dry-bags.
