The Nia Technique Teacher Training - Brown Belt. The next level. I've done my best to bring energy, integrity, and intent to every class I've taught thus far. I'm ready to receive more information from this seemingly infinite body of work, aaaaand...I'm excited and eager to pass every bit on to my students.
