Many of you know that I have been my own walking X-File for the last several years...

I have been struggling with one of those painful conditions without an easy treatment that wreak havok.

The AMA should pay me for figuring it out, lol :)

It has temporarily knocked me out of my regular professional life, and onto a different path of healing.

I am currently raising money for my treatment, and for a healing pilgrimage: to Amma's ayruvedic healing center in Southern India -- where I can receive ayruvedic treatment, study sanskrit, yoga, do seva.

I hope to recover with Amma and come back ready to teach beginner's yoga.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated, and go toward sponsoring these goals.
