Hello to all you dream makers! My name is Carlyn and I live in Ben Lomond, California, a little town outside of Santa Cruz. I have lived here my entire life and am truly blessed to call this my home.

I am currently a culinary student at Cabrillo College and am finishing up my AA degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. I truly have a passion for the industry and am looking to continue my education abroad next semester.I have been accepted to a school in Florence, Italy by the name of Apicius, and I have raised $10,000 towards my tuition and am so close to paying the amount in full, but there is still $5,000 more to pay. I held an Italian dinner where I cooked a family-style meal for 110 people who came to support me in my education. My mother and I own a catering company together so it we were able to work together to create a fun filled event for all.
