I'm hoping to use the internet to generate awareness and participation in providing micro-loans to those in need. Currently I am using the Kiva.org platform to do this. Much like the Dreambank, microloans consist of many people contributing a small amount of money in order to help someone in need out.

The great thing about microloans however, is that once you've lent it, the recipient uses it to support their business efforts and pay it back. You can then withdraw the loan and put it towards your dream, or reinvest it into another loan, making the same small sum of money twice as valuable! Besides, if "what goes around comes around" is true, then this is definitely a worthy way to bring some good fortune into your lives!

This is one of the many venues I'm hoping to raise awareness through. I will apply any money donated through this site to Kiva, and continuously re-invest it within Kiva to maximize it's benefit.
