The ravages of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa are well-known: over 35,000,000 cases, with millions of deaths annually, all preventable.

Bikes Without Borders seeks to extend the reach and increase the impact of HIV/AIDS home care workers in Africa by providing them with bicycles. Because most of these workers walk from village to village - dispensing antiretroviral drugs, offering education and information, and other vital support - providing them with a bike allows them to reach many more people.

Please help Bikes Without Borders in its 2008 goal to ship 500 bikes to Africa this Christmas. If you can't donate money, donate a bike at www.bikeswithoutborders.org
