Yanik's Bio

I'm a 35 year old mother, multimedia artist, aspiring writer and bilingual voice over talent originally from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Although I live in a peaceful, democratic country and I have unlimited access to clean water, food, shelter and opportunity, I am still searching for inner peace.

Like many of you, I worry about the state of the world and the health of our planet and I also worry about the problems we are passing on to future generations. But worry is an unproductive emotion and I try to distance myself from it through small daily doses of positive action.. My mantra is "World Peace Starts with Inner Peace" and my aim is to BE the change I want to see in the world.

Every night, I whisper words of peace and love into the wind and I believe that eventually, someone will hear me and reply.
